Worst Customer Service and Quoted Prices Jeff Maris is a real A-hole. I don't understand how this guy gets a customer service based job. I've come to him 2 times to get quotes on car service Jeff Maris is a real A-hole. I don't understand how this guy gets a customer service based job. I've come to him 2 times to get quotes on car service and the dude quoted me unbelievably high numbers each time. I checked other local VW dealer service centers in the area and they were 30% less. His personality is terrible and I don't go into Capo VW anymore, period. More

Great overall shopping experience! I have leased two different cars with Capistrano Volkswagen within the past 6 months. (Golf GTI and eGolf). Both experiences went really well! I shopped around at several other VW dealerships in Southern California and none of them were able to give me the price that I got here. As for customer service, Buddy and Nick were very helpful and easy to work with. I definitely recommend these guys to others and feel that it is very likely that I will return for future purchases.
