Worst Car Buying Experience, and I don't write this lightly While I do not generally rate any businesses, I feel like I need too this time, since I'm more surprised than anything. Smileage guaranteed, is definitely not guaranteed. Keeping this non opinionated, At the time of writing this, I'm seriously looking to buy a certified used car, with $7000 in cash + a trade in, and my credit score isn't great(no bankruptcy or loan issues, just really low credit), so am looking to finance a small remainder. Those are the facts. I talked with a sales rep on the phone and everything was great, super excited that I would be able to put down 50% on a car, cash on hand is a great, understood credit score isn't great, should be a deal easily, and we went over everything to start the approval process of financing the remaining amount to see what deal could be done. Keep in mind the conversation has been very positive as with any potential sale. The rep will call me in a bit after the finance manager puts things together, we hang up. I call 6 hours later 7:30pm leave a message for the sales rep. The sales rep then returns my call at 8:30pm, and was extremely short and rude to me. "Hi, I wanted to call you back and let you know we can't finance you, you'd have to pay for the car in full cash." I asked a couple questions, but the rep was really short with any answers and after about 2 minutes that was that the conversation ended. Summing it up. They want me to pay in cash because of bad credit, but if I'm paying it all in cash why can't we finance some to help my credit? Considering I have $7000 cash + trade in, apparently I'm not a good customer, but they'd rather take a chance on others with $0 down. yeah, thats it. I'm just surprised by them. I will ensure to let people know, not to go there. Good thing we have options in Southern California to avoid dealers that act like this. More

The Salesman: Bennett, The Finance Manager Nick, and Chris...who worked very diligently to find me an affordable rate. These guys were an amazing team of individuals. They even offered to order a pizza. Without a doubt they made car buy a fun expereience. After all this, this was not even a car (truck) they normally sell. Bennett made himself knowledgeable and was upfront about everything before beginning to discuss number. Bennett had worked at Toyota for over a decade so having his understanding of the vehicle was exceptional. Hats off the Bennett, Nick, and Chris. Thank you guys.
