Jeff was my service person at Capi VW. Everything was pretty smooth from start to finish. I called the day before to get a quote over the phone and then I came in the very next day and service was prompt pretty smooth from start to finish. Fred Evans in the service department went above and beyond providing stellar customer service updating me every step of the way while my vehicle was getting repaired and also providing me a rental vehicle. Dean Sitzman was the technician who repaired my vehicle and Dean did a fantastic job. What blew me away was the video Dean made doing a walk around of my vehicle explaining the problem and showing me the broken parts he replaced. Capo VW you guys are awesome and have a customer for life due to you providing service above and beyond any dealership I have gone to. We just brought our car in 2 months ago for the 50,000 service and of course, left with a $1000 bill. Just 2 months and only 500 miles later, the engine light goes on, we take it in and what do you know.. service and of course, left with a $1000 bill. Just 2 months and only 500 miles later, the engine light goes on, we take it in and what do you know... ANOTHER almost $1200 fix! WHY didn’t this come up at the 50k service?! We cried “BS” and picked up our car. Funny, the engine light is off. Disillusioned and you have a lost a lifelong customer. More
