Your staff are always happy to see me, even when it’s a minor issue. It’s a treat to visit because I always leave with a freshly washed car. I came in for my 20k mile check. I was very impressed with the speed & service. I told my assigned technician (who was very nice & helpful & fast) I had limited time so I need to be out in 1.5 hours. And with the speed & service. I told my assigned technician (who was very nice & helpful & fast) I had limited time so I need to be out in 1.5 hours. And my car was actually ready in one hour. All together i was very happy with the service and speed. I will be back. Side note: Unfortunately I did not choose Capistrano for my 10k because that location was closer to me. It was very disappointing. Horrible service. My technician forgot about me and I ended up waiting for 4 hours. More
