We just brought our car in 2 months ago for the 50,000 service and of course, left with a $1000 bill. Just 2 months and only 500 miles later, the engine light goes on, we take it in and what do you know.. service and of course, left with a $1000 bill. Just 2 months and only 500 miles later, the engine light goes on, we take it in and what do you know... ANOTHER almost $1200 fix! WHY didn’t this come up at the 50k service?! We cried “BS” and picked up our car. Funny, the engine light is off. Disillusioned and you have a lost a lifelong customer. More

Your staff are always happy to see me, even when it’s a minor issue. It’s a treat to visit because I always leave with a freshly washed car.
