Making an appointment online was practically effortless and to my surprise, the service center is open on Saturd My 2013 Golf was overdue for service. Making an appointment online was practically effortless and to my surprise, the service center is open on Saturdays! Brad assisted with check-in and prep for a rental vehicle - all with a great attitude and sense of humor. The video diagnosis by Ron (?) was thorough and extremely informative, even without complete knowledge of how a particular portion of an engine works. Timely follow-through and accommodation with the rental VW Tiguan (wow, what a SUV!). I purchased my Golf from Capo VW and I am never let down with bad service or any ridiculous hidden charges. It's all up front. Retrieving my car after servicing was again "fun" if you could call it that ($$$ - but that was on me for not bringing the car in for service earlier). I look forward to a new 2020 or 2021 VW from Capistrano Volkswagen in the coming year. Thank you for taking such great care of my Golf, and me! More

I have bought the extra warranty with the vehicle I was asking Fred he said that I have to put deposit for repair not free he should not talk to customer that way that's a reason why I don't want to come back to Capistrano VW I always bring my car to your dealer for service since I had that kind of treatment it really disappointed me that was very rude answer to customer. Two years ago, I was in Huntington Beach at my mom’s house and decided to get an oil change at the nearby VW dealership. The experience was awful.
