Helpful Parts Department and Service Eric in the the parts department was so helpful in finding us racks in time for a ski trip last winter. Excellent service as usual, but tough communication I can't complain about the service done for the car, it was excellent, as usual. I actually enjoy dealing with Capistrano Volkswagen. Unfortunately, t I can't complain about the service done for the car, it was excellent, as usual. I actually enjoy dealing with Capistrano Volkswagen. Unfortunately, their communication concerning our visit was difficult. They scheduled us for an early drop-off, but no one was there as they had changed hours. No one reached out to let us know, even though we were clearly on their board for the correct time. We also asked for an estimate on service a couple of days before we dropped the car off, and no one responded to that request, other than to ask if it had been quoted to us - after we picked up the car. We understand that these are extraordinary times and obviously forgive any oversights as abnormal, as the dealership was going through a time and staff transition due to the virus outbreak, but we do feel that we slipped between the cracks. Brad and his very professional staff apologized, of course. They genuinely felt bad about it. I hope that this review helps them with their other customers and response timing. I would still recommend Capistrano Volkswagen highly to anyone that I know. More
