Service writer was misleading and rude. Also told there were no courtesy vehicles available even though there was one in the service drive up when I pulled up, inquired and was informed there were none available. FYI- this is the "little women's car" as were the last 3 or 4 cars leased from this dealership at my request! i More

The service guys are always rude and act like we are putting them out. They are not inviting or customer friendly.
