30K checkup went very well! I came to get my 30,000 mile checkup and specifically wanted to deal with Brad in service, not that the others are bad , I just always deal with Brad. I came to get my 30,000 mile checkup and specifically wanted to deal with Brad in service, not that the others are bad , I just always deal with Brad. It went very quick: he explained what they would do to my beloved Beetle and I signed/initialed a few papers. Then he took me over to rent a car for the day. Again I had my paperwork and cards ready and he’s obviously done this before so it went very quickly. Then he promised to update me on my car and got me settled into a bright orange Tiguan. Done. Oops, somewhere in there I bought a new blue BW t-shirt. More
