During my first 18 months of ownership, I've made three visits to Capo VW service, two of which were unscheduled due to separate problems with the rad During my first 18 months of ownership, I've made three visits to Capo VW service, two of which were unscheduled due to separate problems with the radio head unit, which was ultimately replaced under warranty - and here's the important part - I just realized that at no time did I find myself becoming impatient or irritated with the process or any of the dealership personnel. Everything always went smoothly. My car was placed on the shop schedule quickly, parts when needed were reasonably available, and completion times met or exceeded my expectations. When comparing my service experience here to what I previously endured at the hands of a local Mercedes dealership, I've died and gone to heaven. More

We known as the family with all those VWs I have purchased four cars from Capo VW and have serviced five of them over the past 15 years. Admittedly, it took time to built up trust but now I s I have purchased four cars from Capo VW and have serviced five of them over the past 15 years. Admittedly, it took time to built up trust but now I sense they try extra hard to get the repairs covered under warranty. I feel they are trying hard to get me lowest possible invoice. Brad knows all my family by name and once even washed my car himself cause everyone had gone home. i get a free loaner every time as well (Nory is da bomb!). Terrific I brought my VW in for servicing on Saturday morning and the line of cars at 7:40am was already daunting. Nevertheless, I was able to drop off my car and leave quickly. My husband I took the time to walk into town and pick up drinks at Starbucks and before we could reach home, I received the call that my car was ready! The service at Capistrano Volkswagen is always great and I have seen the service reps enough over the last 15 years to feel like they are almost family. They are always upbeat, efficient and knowledgeable as is everyone on the staff that I have met. This service department is terrific! More
