Not supporting customer against VW Warranty item I brought a 2016 VW Golf in for a battery replacement at 27,855 miles. It was dead and needed a jump to get to the dealer at a cost of $85. I have p I brought a 2016 VW Golf in for a battery replacement at 27,855 miles. It was dead and needed a jump to get to the dealer at a cost of $85. I have purchased several vehicles from Capo VW and most recently a 2019 Jetta R. I have been a loyal customer and have referred business to this dealership on repeated occasions. That will now change. While the warranty is for 3 years or 36,000 miles whichever comes first, I was just 2.5 months out of the 3 year limit and there was little effort to accommodate me beyond a $50 credit on a bill of $850 (i had the 30,000 service and fuel service performed at the same time) With the PR problems that VW has had in recent years, I cannot believe that they or the dealer would not stand behind their customer on a $200 battery. Very disappointed in both the dealer and the brand. More

Friendly, fast, professional. I called and spoke with Brad regarding some squeaky breaks on our Jetta. He said to bring it in the net morning and they would be happy to take a loo I called and spoke with Brad regarding some squeaky breaks on our Jetta. He said to bring it in the net morning and they would be happy to take a look and also took the time to explain Volkswagens breaks and their make up which sometimes causes the squeaking.
