Amazing service! After test driving a car somewhere else, I decided to run by Capital Toyota to check out the Highlander. I pulled up at 7:57. Knowing they closed at 8, I was just going to peek at the cars and come back the next day. The sales manager was there and said he'd call a sales person for me. Justice turned around and came back to help me, let me take a test drive, and stayed there until 10:30 to help me finalize the deal! They tracked down a finance guy and were able to get it done for me that day! I was beyond impressed they were all willing to go above and beyond to make it work even though I was a last minute customer. I am definitely a Toyota convert! More
