Received Excellent Pre-owned Sales and Service I have purchased two vehicles from the pre-owned department at Capital Toyota in the past two years. Chandler was the sales person on both vehicles. I felt that I was treated as a valued customer and both were very professional. They both came through with all the commitments they made. All of the sales transfers and documents were handled timely and professionally. I have rarely used a dealer for service. However, I decided to use the pre-owned service department for my Sequoia. I have been extremely pleased with the service that Donnie Thacker and his team has provided. I even had to call Donnie once when I was out of town and he gave me excellent service advice.
