Highly recommend! I worked with Reta Maynor to find a new Toyota RAV4. My Wife decided she wanted a TRD Pro 4 Runner. ..I did not realize dealerships were charging a premium (over MSRP) on these. I had purchased my 2019 Tacoma at the Toyota Dealership in Murfreesboro ..I did not realize dealerships were charging a premium (over MSRP) on these. I had purchased my 2019 Tacoma at the Toyota Dealership in Murfreesboro back in Jan of 2019. Naturally I called the dealership (as they showed availability on their website). They said they were selling it for 65K (MSRP was like 53K). They would not come off that. I called several other dealerships - and though none were as high as Murfreesboro I continued to call around. I called Capital...got Brandon. He told me they are not adding markups...this was Feb 1st. I told Brandon I wanted the next Lime Rush they had, he told me they showed one coming in around March 4th. I gave a $500 deposit. Brandon kept in contact weekly, and on Feb 28th called and said the truck was here. I called my wife - we drove there...she was excited. Brandon had the truck detailed and sitting in the showroom area. Brandon showed my wife everything in the truck, he hooked her phone up to the system, answered all her questions and made her experience wonderful. The entire transaction/process was stellar. Brandon and Capitol were true to their word and delivered a truck for FAR less than they could have sold it for. In fact I could have sold the truck to an online seller for 8K over what I paid! I'm a capitalist and am fine with dealerships letting supply and demand dictate the price. However there is something to be said for a dealership that has a business model that targets customer loyalty vs a strategy of whatever the market will bear. I certainly appreciate and prefer the business model of Capital Toyota and for this reason we highly recommend this dealership over all the others I've dealt with. More
