She was courteous and friendly.....most importantly, knowledgeable. She appropriately questioned me on my needs and my wishes. Once the decision was made, she made an extraordinary effort to obtain the vehicle for me in a timely manner, i.e. staying far past her hours on a rainy night. Alicia was very Professional, curteous, and knowledgeable re: the new Camrys. When I was not happy with my trade-in allowance for my 2010 Camry, she promptly went to her Manager to negotiate a better deal, which I was satisfied with. I really enjoyed working with Alicia, she made buying a new car FUN!! :) Also, Mr. Michael Reno in Financing was most helpful with our new purchase.
