Andrew went over and beyond in providing excellent customer service while my Highlander was in for maintenance. I took my 2006 Toyota Tundra SR5, that I bought in January 2021, in for a recall in June. The recall was serviced very quick and proper. But I was told that I need to look into changing Timing Belts January 2021, in for a recall in June. The recall was serviced very quick and proper. But I was told that I need to look into changing Timing Belts as the 4.7L Tundra requires it every 100,000 miles. I was told there was no date stamp on the timing belt and that it was the original one. It was going to be over 1k for the Timing Belt Kit and Labor. I instead opted to buy the kit myself and install at home for over 200 dollars. As I’m taking off the timing belt, I’m looking at it and it’s got good tread on it. Turns out there’s a date stamp on it from June 2018. All the time, effort, and money could’ve been saved. I’m unable to returned the kit I purchased but I know need the tensioner that I pulled off to get the timing belt off. I’m not pleased with the outcome. More
