He was the only sales person throughout the dealers that intiated calls with me. I'm sure that is why he found the car because he was seriously interested in me and what I wanted. In February of 2010, I purchased a 2010 Toyota Venza from the staff at Capitol Auto Group. Definitely did not find the pushy salesfolk that one might have become accustomed to in the resellers in more urban locations like Portland. They took the approach of selling me the car I need, not the car they need to sell. If I started looking at cars higher than my price range, they guided me back to where I needed to be and I am thankful every month as my payments are very palatable. In general, pricing was competitive and the selection was vast. I am currently in the process of perhaps making second purchase at the sister Subaru dealership. Working with the same folks across dealerships is nice as the same, polite, staff is able to offer a wide range of options. Service visitations have been surprisingly good. I am not used to having the car cleaned/vacuumed unless I take one of our cars to Lexus, where the high level of pamperings are greeted with superflous priced labor, parts, and big fancy hair styles. At Capitol, it is surprisingly possible to get a good level of service without having to explain the invoice billings at great length to your counterpart. Would I buy there again? YES. More
