However, their online scheduling system did not correctly convey what I had ordered to their internal scheduling system, despite being correct in the confirmation email they sent to me. Also, there is space for "comments" in the service order form, and none of those were read (or even made it to a service rep) before my appointment. Not the rep's fault, but I had wanted to get a recall issue fixed at the same time as my oil change and it turned out they couldn't do it that day. More

personnel Service (and the latte's) are always on time and just what they say they're going to do and if there is a change you are always notified.
