Experience was about what I expected. Nice clean car, but it takes forever to go through the process despite the fact that I was paying cash with a trade in with no lien. The experience of finding and getting preapproved for a car could not have been simpler. I found a car I was interested in, starting the buying process and was approved I less than 20 minutes. Robert Washi car could not have been simpler. I found a car I was interested in, starting the buying process and was approved I less than 20 minutes. Robert Washington got ahold of me the next morning to get my insurance and set an express pick up for that afternoon. In less than 24 hours, I was able to shop online and have a car to drive in. I also had to exchange the car and take advantage of the 10 return and even then Robert had me switched out into a new car in less than a couple hours. Carmax makes car buying simple, although their service center could do better about answering calls. Robert Washington was the best car salesman and if your at this location, be sure to ask for him!
