I waited about three hours. 45 of those minutes, my car was just sitting in the parking lot. approximately two hours into my appointment the attendant came to Tommy that it was 45 of those minutes, my car was just sitting in the parking lot. approximately two hours into my appointment the attendant came to Tommy that it was gonna be thirty to forty five minutes for everything to be completed. An hour later I went and asked if my car was done. She said that it was no longer inside so it was probably getting washed. I noticed a car that was similar to mine parked outside, but I didn't hear anything of it. So it was about another 30 to 45 minutes when I went out and check the license plate and it sure was my car that had been sitting there for a while. I went back in and informed the attendance that my car had been sitting out there for 30 to 45 minutes waiting for me and apparently somebody handed a key to the wrong attendance and nobody was aware of that. It was my car. More
