I’m not happy with the dealership at all. I feel like I was scammed into this deal and promises were made that weren’t kept and conveniently my sales person doesn’t work there. But this is how you’re treated after you make the purchase. I’m currently having my attorney view everything. If we’re unable to find a loop hole I guess this will be a voluntary repossession because I will not be keeping the car. More

Overall the worst experience I’ve encountered with this dealership despite having owned 8 Mazdas…most of which were purchased through this dealership. Maybe this is an upper management created/driven issue - lack of true customer service in lieu of maximizing sales (anywhere possible). Next maintenance experience needs to be a 10 (from dealership) to make up this visit’s shortcomings. More
