This was my first time visiting this service center, I was in getting my vehicle serviced which is a 2025 made available and early 2026 and I bought this as a certified pre-owned vehicle just in February was in getting my vehicle serviced which is a 2025 made available and early 2026 and I bought this as a certified pre-owned vehicle just in February of 2026. While I was sitting in the customer lounge I received a message with a report with some issues and or recommendations. One of the issues indicated was a dirty cabin air filter. I declined the service as it is severely overpriced for something that literally takes 2 minutes, pop out the glove box pull the filter out put the new filter in pop the glovebox back on and done. Not only that but yesterday I pulled that air filter out behind my glove box a little dirty barely. So it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of. The way to keep customers returning is to be honest and only suggest what truly is actually needed.. More

This is the dealership where I purchased my Mazda. There’s a closer one to my house, but I make the extra drive and effort to drive to this place. The service department has always been awesome.
