I’ve had 3 oil changes here and had to go back 2 times. Grant it the first time was just a missing tire filler cap missing but the next time was to have the skid plate over the oil plug reinstalled. There was only one bolt barely holding on and the wind from freeway driving had twisted into a hang down position. I know I pay more to have my oil changed at the dealer but I do it because I thought I would get more attention to detail. Evidently I was wrong. They did reinstalled it but certainly did not seem alarmed at all and not very apologetic for the inconvenience (26 mile round trip from my house). Other than the frustration of these two occurrences I do like the fact they do not pressure you to have work done. They send video to show any unexpected work to be done and you just say yes or no. They also do a nice job on washing the car before it’s returned to you. I haven’t decided yet if I will return here for my next oil change?? More
