Safelite left me in a lurch and as soon as Oscar answered the phone and told me to “come on down” he’d take care of me. My day already was turning around. Not only did he help me with my windshield replaceme the phone and told me to “come on down” he’d take care of me. My day already was turning around. Not only did he help me with my windshield replacement, I also mentioned that my radio was rebooting continuously. He said he’d check it out. He set me up with a ride home and told me he’d call me. At the end of the day, I had a new windshield with no hassle, AND. They figured out my radio! Did it turn into an all day thing? Yes, but Oscar’s attitude of “Com3 on down, I got you” and then followed up in action, will have me going back to the dealership. More
