Not good customer service when all the "newer" car owners had their cars driven and delivered to them,but I was handed my keys and the guy motioned to a huge parking lot and pointed at direction of my car. What am I chopped liver?No courtesy due to the fact my 2017 Mazda was there for a recall and it was a no charge. I watched people for three hours arrive After I did and they were in and out long before my car was even looked at. Then when I got into my car I noticed the rear camera was still not working (reason for recall) I parked car and went inside to ask about issue and the only response was "OH if your backup camera is not working, that's gonna cost you $700.00" So here's the thing I politely declined. When I got back in car to go home the camera works like new and has since. If I had had the money I would have paid $700.00 for Nothing. So yeah not a good impression of this dealership. More
