CardinaleWay Mazda Peoria has gone above and beyond. Oscar is the employee who gave me the support I needed from the beginning. My car was having issues with the A/C, and he attentively considered every detail I mentioned. I had to bring my car twice in the course of 3 weeks. It turned out to be a system update when the car presented an "engine malfunction" notice. Oscar didn't hesitate to provide a rental car on both instances to ensure I felt comfortable and supported. Overall, the staff are very caring and provided a sense of community. I am very thankful for the service they provided! I strongly believe that even if I encounter any issues in the future, they will back me up :) Thank you so much! More

Service was fine except this time they didnt bother to do a quick vacuum and wash like usual. Part of the allure of Mazda service oil change is getting the car wallah and vacuum. When I asked Maria why they a quick vacuum and wash like usual. Part of the allure of Mazda service oil change is getting the car wallah and vacuum. When I asked Maria why they skipped it this time, she claimed they dont make their employees wash cars during hot weather. I worked at a Toyota dealership as a porter when I was 18 and this seems ridiculous. I didnt pay $60 over a mechanic's oil change rate to just get a plain oil change and no vacuum/wash, the value isnt there. More
