I arrived and learned that CJ had dinner plans, so Perry would be assisting me instead. CJ left without any salutation or handoff, so from that point on I worked with Perry. Perry was high-energy and likable, which I appreciated. However, once I got to finance, I was presented with a $2,800 fee for manufacturer add-ons that Perry had not explained. Richard agreed to remove those charges if I signed up for the warranty. Then, while reviewing the contract, I found that the payment terms were incorrect, which would have resulted in more than $2,000 in additional interest. That mistake had to be corrected later through DocuSign. I was also told that all-weather mats were included as part of my deal. Perry said he would call me to let me know, but I never received that call. When I went to service to pick them up, I was treated as though I was asking for something that had not been promised. I ultimately had to go to parts and get the mats myself and install them on my own. The saving grace is that I do like the car. But overall, the experience felt disorganize across multiple departments. More

We had our eyes set on a Toyota 4Runner and were out of budget. Perry and the guys quickly pivoted and assisted in finding a comparable vehicle that met our needs and we fell in love with. Speaking of Perry, this dude is AWESOME! Extremely friendly and down-to-Earth guy and very relatable. Perry and the crew truly went the extra mile to make sure we understood everything and were comfortable with all processes during our interaction. We highly recommend visiting this location when you are shopping for a new vehicle. We plan to send our friends and family their way and will be returning ourselves for future services. We had a great experience at this dealership. Tony (sales), Nate (manager), and Justus (finance manager) were all great to work with. Tony was especially wonderful—very friendly, knowledgeable, a Tony (sales), Nate (manager), and Justus (finance manager) were all great to work with. Tony was especially wonderful—very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made the process feel comfortable and relaxed. Nate and Justus were also very helpful and made everything go smoothly. No one was pushy, which we really appreciated.
