I dropped in out of the blue one morning for a key fob to be duplicated and the sales manager immediately turned me over to the service department. I left my car there tuesday night and I had an appointment at 8 on wednesday. We did the full check.There was only two things wrong and we were good to go to fix it. I was told to come down and pick it up by five o'clock after I got off work. I drove all the way across town just to find out that it wasn't ready And they had to keep it overnight, they had already gotten rid of the rental car that I was supposed to pick up. A simple phone call would have helped. The following day, I never got a call.And at about 430 I was able to get a hold of oscar, and he told me that they just put the sealant on, and they had to keep it another night. I called saturday and they said the car was already ready. It took almost four days to do a belt and fix a leak in the pan. There was little or no communication, and I don't understand why this took that long. And when I got my car back, I had zero gas in it. The repairs are fine, but the fact that it took this long with zero communication.I will not be coming back. More
