Very chintsy Bought a slightly new vehicle from them. They have high pressure tactics. The vehicle had 5,000 miles on it and the salesman kept touting it as new. The day after I purchased it, I noticed the cover of the emergency transmission release was missing. The salesman wouldn't cover the cost stating I didn't ask for it to be replaced the night prior. It was dark when I reviewed the vehicle and didn't see it missing since it's black. I had to pay $11 for a 2.5cm plug. He wouldn't budge on it. So, I just purchased a $31k vehicle and they wouldn't oblige an $11 item that was missing because I didn't ask for it prior to buying it. I will never patronize Cardinale again. I own 3 Mazdas-2004 Miata, 2008 Mazda6 Grandtouring, and 2013 Mazda6 Grandtouring. I have 2 teenagers coming of age and require another 2 vehicles. More Mazda will be receiving my business. More

I started my purchase experience on the Friday before Easter with a test drive of both the Mazda 6 and Mazda 3. Austin was terrific and he answered all the questions I and my girlfriend had on both cars. We threw some tough questions at him and he was honest enough to let us know when he didn't know the answer, but quickly found someone in the dealership who could answer the question. He could've easily given us an answer, but he made sure we had the correct information. The experience continued the next day and not only did I purchase a new Mazda 6, my girlfriend purchased a new Mazda 3 during the same visit. We both received great deals and we're looking forward to a long, rewarding relationship with Cardinale Way Mazda. More

Purchase with ease. I purchased my first brand* new car from these guys. Talk about a breeze, I stopped in late Saturday before Easter Sunday. Understandbly they werent able to get anything done that night with it being a night before a holiday. Wayne did everything and was able to comminicate easily through text. He had it all ready for me to stop by after work Monday to pick up the new car. I spent maybe a total of an hour in the actual dealship! Matt is also a super friendly guy with a willingness to help!
