Enjoyable Purchase Experience I came to Cardinale Way Mazda to look at a CX-5. I had researched every vehicle in its class from every manufacturer over the internet for a week tryi I came to Cardinale Way Mazda to look at a CX-5. I had researched every vehicle in its class from every manufacturer over the internet for a week trying to avoid a dealer visit because my past experiences at other dealers have been so exhausting. I'm not going to say it was a "no haggle" experience because there was definitely negotiation involved, however it was a very positive negotiation and the staff were very accommodating the entire time. I actually left the dealer during negotiation to just prove to myself that the CX-5 was the right car for me and after 15 minutes at another dealer evaluating another car I had decided I was going back to Cardinale Way Mazda. They are not pushy, they are friendly, and they have awesome cars. More

J The purchase of our 2015 Mazda6 Grand Touring auto took several days -- beginning with an Internet inqury and subsequent contact with Jim Werklund. Jim explained the various features on the two Mazdas we took for a test drive and provided answers to all our questions. We were introduced to Al Lanz who also provided additional information. There was never any pressure. As it happened we did not return for a couple of days, to complete the process. We met with Sean Spiker, Financial Manager, who was great! He explained all the forms and processes very clearly and concisely and was very personable and professional. To end the process, Jim spent 20 minutes going over all technical aspects of the car -- his knowledge and expertise were greatly appreciated! We met Nick Santarsiero a day or so later to have our front license plate holder installed.....great service! Jim and Lynn More

Then after that they were very patient and no pressure at all. Ended up with a beautiful pearl white 2014 Mazda 3 hatchback Grand touring, it was a great deal that no one around could compare to. To everyone reading this, I will recommend this dealer to everyone I know !!
