They were able to beat other competitors' prices and they provided the best customer service. The only part that I didn't enjoy was when they tried to sell me extended warranty/extra protection packages on my vehicle. I had to go through three rounds of saying "no" until they finally stopped. But they are a for-profit business, so I can understand why they would push for an additional buck. I had a great overall experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Better than I expected We've all heard the stories about car salesmen and many of us have experienced it ourselves. I went into Cardinale Way expecting the worst. I ended up with a great salesman who was a nice as could be. The only negative thing I could say was he lacked knowledge about the car I was interested in but this was easily remedied by the rest of the staff. The sales manager was helpful and while he really wanted to sell the car he did not stoop to the tactics I expected. The financing experience is never fun but we made it through. All in all, I did not enjoy the experience but I got a nice car for a good deal and don't feel like I got ripped off. I would shop here again. More

Hands down, my best car buying experience to date (point of reference: I'm 49 years old). I started out "looking" for a new car about 2 months ago, working my way through 6 different dealerships/makes/models. 3 of those 6 dealerships were quickly ruled out due to smarmy sales approach. The remaining 3 dealerships became my short-listed finalists and while all three were above adequate, Darlene Ledbetter at CardinaleWay Mazda stood far above the rest. Darlene knows how to listen! She actively listened to my wants & needs, what I found important in the car I was seeking, etc.; and then provided a truly consultative approach on the car best for me. The entire team (Darlene, Wayne, & Donnie) proved their ability at developing a client-focused relationship and a delightful car buying experience.
