An overall pleasant experience! When I originally made the decision to get a new car, I had decided to stick with the same vehicle brand that I was currently driving. I soon became soooooo frustrated dealing with the empty promises and arrogance of the other dealer ships that brand loyalty was gone! Cardinale Way Mazda came with a good recommendation from my sister and brother-in-law who had previously purchased a car from Matt. Once we started dealing with Matt and Cardinale Way, everything was just so much simpler. Told him what I wanted and he found one coming in that week. Went in to sign the paperwork for the new car and ended up trading in my current vehicle because I got a fair price. They gave me a loaner vehicle to get me home and to use until my car got there. Matt is so easy and pleasant to deal with - a good, honest person. This dealership does really work for their customers and strives for customer loyalty. Signing the paper work for the new car and trade on my old went smooth - when we had questions on something, the people who needed to give the answers were available to quickly answer them. When I went to pick up my brand spanking new CX5, Matt spent all the time I needed walking me through the features of the car. No rush, no hurry - it was my timeline. He went through the major things and even some of the small things that I probably would not have even thought to ask about. He knew the features and he answered all my questions. I left with a huge smile on my face. I would recommend Matt and Cardinale Way to any of my friends considering the purchase of a vehicle. More
