I had a tru car certificate for a dealership that was 45 minutes away. I called them on the phone and they said they would honor any certificate I had. There was no pressure to buy and they were the nicest most friendliness people I have ever encountered while purchasing a car. They also beat out financing from competitors and answered every question and websites recommendations to validate everything they told me. Brian also requested that I should call him first for any questions or issues I have with the car. I have never had a salesman ask me to contact him first especially if I have a problem with the car. I would recommend this Mazda dealership and Brian and Thomas to anyone. More
Had made an appointment for 1pm. No waiting. Were introduced to Brian Soncrant by Chris Johnson. Brian listened to what we wanted. We came to look @ a Cx-5. Asked if we could look @ a hatchback with similiar package to the Cx-5. Without hesitation Brian had us test drive the 3. Gave us comparisons on prices and features. Not once did Brian try to push us into either car. Let us lead the transaction in every detail. Brian was very knowledgeable about both vehicles. I wanted the Cx-5, but wife liked the Mazda 3 Touring Hatchback better, so i deferred to her judgment. We now have driven about 500 miles having filled with our first tank of gas. 43.5 mpg! Nice! As someone new to the area I wasn't sure what to expect. I have a 2013 Mazda CX5 and was looking for a new place to get service on the vehicle as I am always traveling for work.
