After servicing, Steve pointed out several routine services that he would recommend be done in the near future but, more importantly, he pointed out 2 defects that he felt needed immediate attention. Knowing that my daughter had an extended warranty, I informed Steve that I thought these defects would be covered. He immediately checked to see if the needed parts were available at the dealership, set me up for an appointment for the next day and arranged for a "loaner" car. What more could you ask for? The repairs were done and the vehicle is back on the road. Steve is a "get it done" service adviser who knows the Mazda line of vehicles. It is a pleasure working with professionals of their trade. Found the repair staff (Nick as well as the technicians) to be absolutely first rate. They are fast, polite and even washed my car before handing me my keys.
