In regards to both purchases, my experience was not only relaxing, but actually fun! The conversation, with Matt and Sales Manager, Donny, and the negotiating for price was informative and comfortable; it was like being with "old friends". Everyone at CardinaleWay Mazda is like "family"; not at all like a car sales business. As a single lady, and skeptical of being taken advantage of, I actually felt as though they were working in my best interest, not only through the sales transaction, but after the sale. Asst Service Mgr Nick Santarsiero was great. I needed a general checkup of a 9 year old car, and he did everything I wanted (including having a technician ride with me and see how the car "sounded" and "wo general checkup of a 9 year old car, and he did everything I wanted (including having a technician ride with me and see how the car "sounded" and "worked"). Both the technician and Nick saved me money by telling me that some of the things I thought should be done did not have to be done at this time, but suggested other items that I did not think of.
