We were walking around a lot of different dealerships all day just looking while our car was in a dealership getting some maintenance work done. I was interested in buying a used vehicle. Did not know much about Mazda, however, within a few short minutes Brian had me convinced that I wanted a Mazda. I was sold on a V6. Brian had me drive a 4 cylinder. It had just as much power as my car and I instantly fell in love. They allowed us some time to go home and discuss. It didn't take long before I knew that I wanted to go back and buy that car. I love it and am so happy with my purchase. Brian was a great salesman. The supervisor was a little rude and I was a little hesitant to go through with the purchase. And the finance officer continued to tell us his dislike of being in phoenix which was a little awkward. Otherwise, a very delightful experience. More

Steve Ross, my service adviser, really made me feel like he worked for me, and not the extended warranty company. In stead of a hand in the face, I got an empathetic arm around my shoulders. Nice! He made sure that not only my initial service issue was covered, but he gave my car a thorough inspection to make sure other components were working correctly. I got a rental car while my car was getting fixed. I don't think Steve or Cardinale Way Mazda could have done more to earn my return business. More
