Nick Santarsiero was given a huge problem child of a car and associated logistic issues to include a tow from another dealer. His proactive and friendly demeanor was above all excellent. He was quick to respond with status of our vehicle and took it upon himself to fight with our warranty company and have them cover the necessary expenses. I wanted a car that wasn't on any dealership lots yet, but Matt and Thomas went the extra mile to find me the car with my specifications and while I am waiting for it to arrive at the dealership, they gave me a loaner car to drive in the meantime. They truly care more about meeting the customer's wants and needs rather then trying to "sell" people and make a profit. I recently purchased a used Mazda 5 at this local. After a few months I noticed certain small issues with cleanliness of vehicle. Called to schedule a service appointment that same day and was politely directed to Nick Santarsiero who helped me with my previous visits. Nick was able to find time for me right away and when arriving at the dealership greeted me by name, shook my hand, had paperwork printed and ready to go. Service was done within the hour and I was on my way. While waiting, Nick made sure to offer me something to drink while I waited and directed me to their waiting area with a TV and magazines to occupy my time. He even pointed to a spot in the lobby that I could plug my phone in so it could charge. Upon leaving, Nick let me know what to expect at my next service appointment at 18,000 miles and approximately what it would cost. I always appreciate this dealerships up front, and open communication as well as the quality level of service they have provided from the first time I visited the dealership and purchased a car. I will gladly continue to do business with this team and recommend people to do the same. If you have a Mazda that needs service, take it to Cardinale Way Mazda and go see Nick. He will definitely make sure you are taken care of. More

1. Wayne is a Miracle worker! Didn't think he could do it, but he did! I loved my little blue Mazda II soooooo much, but it can't tow even a small trailer, and since cancer came around knocking on my do it, but he did! I loved my little blue Mazda II soooooo much, but it can't tow even a small trailer, and since cancer came around knocking on my door twice now and I figure I only have about 5 years left I decided I am going to take the bull by the horns and go traveling , and not wait to find a man to protect me while camping. I need a place where I can lock myself in at night. So I bought a tiny trailer called a "Little Guy" that weighs about 1,000 pounds or less. I called up looking for Brian who had sold me the wonderful little blue Mazda II but since he wasn't there that that Wayne took my call. I know Mazda doesn't recommend towing on any of their smaller vehicles, but was hoping that maybe the Mazda 3 which Brian had told me about in a phone call earlier this year might be adequate. Wayne did the research - U-Haul say's that the Mazda 3 can tow up to 2,000 pounds - he had the know-how to find that out, which I hadn't thought of in my research efforts. Somehow he made it work out so I could trade my little darling in for a Mazda 3 without raising my payments more than $40/month. Wow. Drove the car home that night - loved it! But next day the bank told them that they needed $1,500 more in a down payment to make it work- and that's where Joeann came into the picture, and why she's a miracle worker. She found a way to make it work. She really cares. How wonderful is that?! 2. Matt is so wonderful, believable, not pushy, understanding, gorgeous! Helpful beyond words. Cute. The "I wanta take him home kind of cute"! I had to satisfy my need for cute by buying the cutest little puppy, half shih Tzu, half Miniture terrier that was being carried around that day at the service center instead of taking Matt home! 3. Joaean is also a miracle worker, made things work out for me in ways I never imagined were possible. 4. Brian also comes into this picture, because he called me every year after I bought my wonderful little Mazda II and offered me a good deal on trading it in for a Mazda III at 0% interest and keeping my payments almost the same as on the Mazda II. I didn't want to at first because I was so in love with my blue-bird, but when I needed the change the promises he made came true. That's persistence for you! I started out with a Mazda II and fell crazy in love with Mazda. I'll never drive anything else. If I live past these next 5 years I'll trade this one in on a Miata! Be the "little old lady from Pasadena"! More

That being said, i would refer them directly to Steve and Clint with confidence in knowing they will receive the best customer service around. I had my 05' RX8 in for a few drivability concerns and they were quick to determine the issue and to expedite parts for a prompt repair. I was picked from the dealer within 10 minutes after concluding the service consult with a rental for the night. The next day, even when I was 2 hours late for the rentals return Steve placed a call to the rental facility and turned some screws to grant me a 2 hour grace period. Talk about customer service!! If i could give a 110% approval rating for this Cardinale Way Mazda service I would. Thank you! More
