I came with my wife's Mazda CX-7 for a routine oil change. They approached me with a list of problems with the vehicle, potentially serious problems. Steve was great at explaining the problems. What a pleasant car buying experience! I have always said I would rather have a root canal than go through the car buying process, but Matt and Chris were wonderful (Wayne too, thought I spent more time said I would rather have a root canal than go through the car buying process, but Matt and Chris were wonderful (Wayne too, thought I spent more time with the other guys). I never felt pressured, which was a big change from a different dealership/brand I was considering. Walking into Cardinale was like a breath of fresh air! I wasn't hounded or pressured...they wanted me to make the best decision for me so that I would leave happy. And that's what I did...I'm driving a beautiful new Mazda and love the way it drives! Matt and Brian were very friendly and courteous. It did not feel like I was at a car dealership. It felt like I was visiting friends and family. My wife and I have spent half a day (11:00am to 9:00pm) at not feel like I was at a car dealership. It felt like I was visiting friends and family. My wife and I have spent half a day (11:00am to 9:00pm) at dealerships to take delivery before. She refused to go after that, but this time it was her car so she had to come. We spent 90 minutes to complete the deal and take delivery, WOW! All the way home and the next day we talked about how enjoyable the whole experience was. Buy the way, we drove from Goodyear (Indian school/Bullard) to Mesa (HWY 60/Superstition Springs), 55 miles and it was worth every mile. I would recommend this dealership of friends to everyone. My wife and I can not thank you enough for the fun we had,that's right I said FUN. We look forward to doing this again soon. My wife loves her car. From the moment my husband and I walked in we felt welcome. Steve was the first to ask what we were looking for and I never really felt pressured, which I like.
