I have recently purchased a new car from this dealership and being as young as I am they screwed me. They lied to me telling me they put the $3k I gave them towards the bank loan and after reading over all and being as young as I am they screwed me. I had given them the $3000 for a used car i was looking at before I decided i would like a new car instead. Than the money was never seen after that! I do regret making my purchase through Cardinaleway Mazda and I will not be recommending that someone who has no experience buying a car or even a new car go here. In the end you will be over charged like I was. More

Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa is so different! While I likely spent too much when I bought my 2011 CX-9, I never felt I was ripped off. All of that being said, I continue to return to CardinaleWay because of the service department. Nick Santaresiero is my main Service Advisor but Steve and Gary are also very helpful. The Cashiers are very enthusiastic and welcoming. It is not unusual for most of the sales staff to stop to say HI as they walk past where I am waiting. Today I went in for an Intermediate Service...did I say that this is only the second dealership that I have ever used for routine maintenance in the 40+ years I have been a car owner? Autobahn Tinting provides WI-FI, which is a blessing so that I can get some work done while I am waiting. I have never been so comfortable while my car is being serviced. If you are looking for a really nice 7 passenger SUV that gets good mileage, is very comfortable, handles more like a Mazda 6 than a CX-9! If you are going to get one, get it where you can get the best deal but take it to CW for service! More
