I had a positive experience up until I was sent to Shaun in finance. He sold me warranty because he said it would only cost me an additional $13 per month. When I went home and added up the numbers it was c in finance. He sold me warranty because he said it would only cost me an additional $13 per month. When I went home and added up the numbers it was closer to $60 more per month. I called the manager and went over the numbers I was, he said it was a calculating error and they were happy to remove the warranty. When I went back in to sign new paperwork, Shaun the finance guy badgered me for 30 minutes for declining the warranty. He said, "I wish I could hit you over the head for being so stupid." I was called stupid several different ways over this 30 minute conversation. I said, "I guarantee you this car WILL break down." That is certainly not what you want to hear when you are purchasing a brand new car. It was insulting, frustrating, and I left feeling incredibly upset with no resolution. I spoke with the sales manager and Shaun's boss, but they shrugged their shoulders and said sorry. My husband called Shaun for an explanation and his phone call was never returned. More
I have a Mazda for 10 years now and I've purchased multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted wit multiple cars as well as traded in. Whenever I show up whether it's for service or to inquire about purchasing a new vehicle I always get greeted with my handshakes and my HUGS from sales, services, and finance department. They constantly reassure me that they're aware of the amount of cars that have purchased, that they want me to stay, and that they would do the best they can to maximize any car purchasing negotiations so that both sides win. As for the 2014 Mazda I purchased just yesterday, instead of every employee asking if the deal was done, they asked my opinion and voice theirs as well. Now I'm a fun loving and outgoing customer and I use that as a tool to draw in salespeople to feel them out and as always over the years the whole team would just take time to gather around and next thing you know were all laughing and joking and a solid deal that works for both sides is made and I drove off the lot again pleased. Several hours later I learned they needed me to stop by dealership once again and I know they would not have asked if it were not important so I drove back out to take care of it because they took care of me. Tim immediately texted pictures of it to me making the purchase experience fun and exciting. Both Thomas Michael and Wayne DeLeo, Sales Managers, were concerned, friendly and very helpful with the sale and all paperwork to make it happen. Tim then explained all features of our new car and has continued to call and text me about my experience and ask if I have any questions or need help with anything. More

I entered my online auto application(CARDINALS WAY MAZDA IN MESA) . I received a call from Alfredo (sales agent). Alfredo gathered more information over the phone to get my financing approved. Alfredo asked me, if i would be able go into cardinale way mesa dealership in mesa, arizona? I told Alfredo, that I live in deer valley, arizona and i wouldn't be able to go into the dealership, because it was extremely far way from where I live. I told Alfredo it is important to me to know that my financing is approved, and i also needed to know how much was I was approved for? and what was the lowest interest rate I was approved for? and how long was the term? and what was the out the door price for my entire loan before I went to the dealership. Alfredo response was you are approved, your lowest interest rate is 24%, your term is for 60 months and your out the door price is $16,588.00 he also said I can pick you. I told Alfredo, okay before you pick me up I would like you to text me or email these numbers because I dont want these numbers to change once I'm signing my financing. Alfredo said, okay Ill text them to you. I received the text, with the information i requested,door price stated earlier. Based on what was said to me and confirmed on texted I accepted Alfredo's offer to Pick me up. The ride out to the dealership was a little over an hour. when we get there Alfredo(sales agent) leaves me with Joseph(sales manager). Joseph tells me, "your car is getting washed for you okay, lets get you started, your payment is only $415dollars a month for 60 months". I told him, "this is not what your sales agent Alfredo told me or texted me. what your telling me is that I'm going to pay $24,900 dollars and thats not counting my down payment of $2,500 dollars. Alfredo told me my out the door price is $16,588.00. How did $16,588 turn into $27,400 in the drive over here. Joseph did not know what to say at first then, joseph said there is no way this car is $16,588.00 out the door. I told Joseph the only reason I accepted coming here is because I Alfredo(sales agent) told me all the information over the phone and it was only a matter of signing the deal that was stated and texted to me. long story short. Joseph (sale manager) and Alfredo (sales agent) left me standed at mesa did not give me a ride back home.I had to take a cab home that cost me $150dollars to get home in the middle of the night 10:30PM. I'm horrified with this whole experience. I'm writting this review because I don't want any other consumers go experience what I did. I'm 28years old female. More
