Amazing customer service! Extremely friendly! Nick called me up to three times a day reporting the status of my vehicle. I'm what you call "car challenged" but he took the time and patience explaining everyt me up to three times a day reporting the status of my vehicle. I'm what you call "car challenged" but he took the time and patience explaining everything thoroughly. Not once did I have a hard time. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, I was welcomed with open arms, too! This man is not only an excellent employee and perfect asset to this company, but such a genuinely nice man to begin with. With some people, you can tell they're just being friendly because it's their job; with Nick, you can tell he genuinely cares about you not only as a customer, but as a human being. I despise car shopping. So much so I only do it once every 5 years or so...after being..ahem screwed by a dealership a week prior, I found myself browsing the internet for my dream car, again. I sent in an information request to CardinaleWay Mazda for a specific vehicle and was contacted via email by Chris Hansen. Fast forward a few days later I was at the dealership. I told Chris immediately I didn't want to waste his,or more importantly my, time and explained my credit challenges and told him my likely price range. Instead of turning me away, or lying to me about what I could get, only to have to bring it back 2 weeks later (still slightly bitter, yet thankful)... Chris introduced me to a couple of vehicles that were at or under my price range. Long story short I left with a very nice vehicle, not my dream vehicle but that will come with time and severe credit repair. At which time I will be contacting Chris, no matter where he is! It was like car shopping with a friend (he even offered to drop off my new car wherever I was going since I drove in my boyfriends car... I live 30 minutes away!!). I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. And a shout out to the other people who assisted with the deal. I don't recall all of their names, but they were also kind, and highly entertaining. Cheers! More

WE purchased a 2010 VW Beetle from this dealership. Upon test drive, it was agreed that vibration and shaking issue will be fixed by them, and we can return on a later date for a service. Needless to say, 7 test drive, it was agreed that vibration and shaking issue will be fixed by them, and we can return on a later date for a service. Needless to say, 7 months later, car is still the same. We took it once for service, it was supposed to have an alignment done, but guy in service just took wheels off and rotated them, which caused vibrations to be even worse, once you cross 60 MPH. So, 13 K financed on a car, and it drives like crap, to this day, because according to Pep Boys, one wheel is bent and it has a bad tire, which is nothing we can afford to fix right now, and per agreement Cardinale was supposed to take care of it. Our messages about bad tire and wheel got unanswered. Also we got financed by some wild financing company called Flagship, which in reality is CSC LOGIC. Only way to make a payment each month is thru western union with 6 dollars extra charge. There is only one guy answering the phone, no matter how many times you call them. There is a grace period on a payment, but "THEY" don't recommend it, because we could be charged extra interest and late payment fee (that is not grace period). & months later our loan is still not reported to credit, and every time we call, i get the same guy on the phone, telling me that they are backed up and it can take some time before we see that reported. Since we bought this car after bankruptcy, we needed it to fix our credit. Our loan with Capital one, got reported within a week. Also, dealership bought our interest rate down, so we ended up owing on a car more than what's it worth and can't even sell it. Horrible experience. More

Cardinal Way Mazda was the best car experience I have had since looking for a new car. They treat you with respect and actually car and do their best to take care of you. I recommend this dealership 100% to go their first or just go there last. Because I was a first time buyer and all other dealerships wouldn't take me serious wouldn't even call me back. At Cardinale Way Mazda they took care of me and got me in a new Mazda 3 with zero hassle I wasn't pushed or rushed into it they actually care. Don't waste your time at other dealers! More
