We purchased new Mazda CX9 8-31 -2012 -2 weeks later I was told I had to come back to re-sign the paperwork I told them I wanted my trade in back and I was told it was gone and she did not know where it was. I had to come back in 9-25 for more paper work and was told again that my trade in was gone.During this time I kept getting calls from my lender on the trade in because I was going to have a late payment on a car that was as I was told is GONE.During this time with phone calls to the dealership I was told by the finance manager "whats one late payment ".On 10-3-2012 I called the dealership and was told by the finance manager that everything was good they paid off the trade in and don't worry about it Wells Fargo loves us .I called Wells Fargo and was told that they had not received the tracking info for the pay off on my trade in and that I had to make a payment so that I would not have a late payment on my credit.This whole experience put such a sour taste in my mouth.How can a car dealer not have my trade in that I still owned and insured.The buyer should not have to keep calling the lenders to make sure the finance dept is doing their job.I would not buy an oil change from this dealership. I have much more to say in regards to this transaction-this is just part of my experience.I have contacted Wells Fargo-TD finance and Mazda USA and the Arizona Attny General and the Better Business Bureau which amazingly they are not a member of. More
I had an eleven o'clock appointment to have a new mirror installed. Gary said he would give me a ride to my gym since I was told it would take an hour and a half. He came back and said they could start right away so I decided to wait......the car was finished and waiting in less that 45 minutes! What great service! More
My daughter took me in to help me get something cheeper, and Brian Mcfadden helped me as well and he was amazing. He got me in to a car, 2 days after my Bank Ruptcy was discharged. I was shocked. Very impressed with the personnel at this facility. Brian and Al bent over backwards to come to my bottom line....this is a first for me. I was only at the store to assist my Husband in his new vehicle purch and Al bent over backwards to come to my bottom line....this is a first for me. I was only at the store to assist my Husband in his new vehicle purchase and to keep him out of trouble. Brian and I discussed my current car situation and problems I was having with payment, quality, recalls etc.... needless to say I no longer have to worry about my lemon and I love my new Mazda6. My experience with Cardinale Mazda at the Mesa location has been the up-most magnificent experience.. All staff members are ready to jump and ensure every need is attended too.. We brought our 2007 Mazda i has been the up-most magnificent experience.. All staff members are ready to jump and ensure every need is attended too.. We brought our 2007 Mazda in to be worked on and ended up leaving that vehicle for a more fitting New 2012 model.. Couldn't be happier with our experience.. This is our 2nd vehicle from this location.. I would like to thank all staff members but especially team members Wayne De Leo, Mike Giglio, and Mama for making things work and in a timely fashion.. Will Always recommend Cardinale Mazda to any car buyer.. Thanks Again!! More
I really needed a new car. I emailed Chris about one of their internet priced 2012s. He got back to me really fast and after checking Dealer Rater to see what we could expect, we went up to the dealership. their internet priced 2012s. Chris is so sweet and really didn't want to up sell me into anything I didn't like. I felt no pressure to buy anything, we actually kept changing our minds on what we wanted and Chris was running around making sure we got what we wanted. Chris and Wayne were just so nice and really made us feel like we were their friends and not just a customer. I would say if you are in the market for a new Mazda go to this dealership. More

My wife purchased a Mazda 3 from Cardinale Way Mazda about a month ago and couldn't stop praising the staff and how she loved her new car. I had to see for myself what all the fuss was about. I met wit about a month ago and couldn't stop praising the staff and how she loved her new car. I had to see for myself what all the fuss was about. I met with the team of salesmen and to my surprise they were not abrasive or pushy, but more inviting than the car dealers I had dealt with in the past. I was so impressed with their knowledge and genuine love for their cars, I started to seriously consider purchasing a new car from them. They showed me the CX-5 and the Mazda 3, but after test driving the Mazda 3 speed I was sold. I was upside down on my BMW 328i, but their staff worked with me and still gave me a smoke'n deal. Their staff has given nothing, but the "BEST" service I ever had that I even recommended that my mother go there and buy a new car. My family and I will always use and be a fan of Cardinale Way with a special thanks to Wayne, Dan, Brian, and Joean "MaMa". Thank you! Thank you! More
