Steve was phenomenal as he has been the last 3 visits. Cardinale left a bad taste in my mouth in the past, but out of obligation and convenience, I reluctantly brought my car back for service. Steve is the reason I'll continue to choose Cardinale for the time being. The service on my car was good, but I had to wipe a couple little grease spots from the outside. Also, my seat was in a weird position and because my battery had been disconnected, I had to reprogram all the radio settings and clock; all minor details that I can overlook. Steve went above and beyond by contacting his supervisor about an issue I was having and he solved my problem. Last time I had an oil change at Cardinale, it took over 2 1/2 hours but Steve did well to not only complete my work in a timely fashion, he kept me posted on the status of my car; a courtesy I was not afforded on my previous visit. I would definitely recommend Steve and his team for service and would consider recommending Cardinale for purchases. To my knowledge, the sales associate who tainted my Cardinale experience is no longer a team member and the new associates have done well to change my views. More
Cardinale Way has been my dealership for over 3 years and I have just traded up to a 2012 CX9. I started with a Mazda 3, traded for a better Mazda 3, then went to a Mazda 6 and now I have a CX9. I've loved every single car so far and will never go anywhere else but to Cardinale Way Mazda in Mesa. The customer care at Cardinale is unbeatable compared to any other dealership I've dealt with. They will make sure they get you the deal you need! My Mom first purchased a car through Cardinale Way Mazda years ago and got her first new car, 08 Mazda 3. Since then she's also moved up through the Mazda 3 and currently has a 2012 Mazda 3 hatchback that she loves. Because of the continued amazing service we've both received in the sales and service departments my father, also, has purchased a used F-150 through Cardinale and just yesterday my boyfriend purchased a used Malibu super sport through them. Cardinale Way is the way to go! Sales manager, Wayne DeLeo and sales rep Mike Giglio were absolutely amazing to work with. Both finance guys that my boyfriend and I had were quick, thorough and a delight to work with. We love this dealership and the way we've been treated no matter who we've worked with here throughout the years. These guys are top notch! More
I have been buying used and new cars for over 45 years..Most dealership experiences were what the average consumer would think of....high pressure, upselling, wasting time, lots of stupid tactics to years..Most dealership experiences were what the average consumer would think of....high pressure, upselling, wasting time, lots of stupid tactics to get you to buy a car.. Well, this dealership must not have gone to the same school to learn how to sell cars or how to treat customers as the people who drive their business.. Every employee that I came in contact with was intelligent, sincere, considerate of my time, up front, honest and worked with me so that my purchase was done in a timely manner and I was happy with the results. In addition to the people that I dealt with from the list above, I also worked with John Wagner, the sales manager, who was incredible and Dan Preiedigkeit, salesman, who met me when I came in.. There was no power play, no struggles for credit...just everyone doing there best to make sure that I was comfortable and happy with my purchase. The service folks, gary and Nick took the time to talk with me about my car. The passion that I felt from each employee about their organization was nice...everyone represented Cardinale at the highest professional level. Having just moved to Arizona from Pennsylvania, my husband and I drove to the nearest Mazda dealership since I needed to schedule an appointment for my Tribute due to a recall we received. The service department was closed but we immediately developed a repoire with the sales personnel present at that time. Because of their courtesy and friendly manner and the great deal that was offered to us, we decided to forego the recall work and purchased a new CX-5 on the spot. They even went so far as to procure the exact color vehicle that we were interested in as we waited. At this point, we are very happy with the vehicle (great mileage!) and the follow-up that we have received. We would definitely recommend that people who are interested in purchasing a new vehicle speak to Dan Priedigkeit and John Richardson. CardinaleWay is a great dealership with fantastic employees! Nick is always so helpful.
