My overall experience was awesome! Nick is a very funny, full of information and a good Christian man! Great service from the first phone call, all the way through financing. We worked with Brian Soncrant, Wayne DeLeo, and George in finance. I just purchased a CX-5 for CardinaleWay tonight. Chris Hansen provided very awesome customer service. We settled on a out-the-door price prior to arriving and it remained the same once we arrived. I normally use the fleet manager at my credit union due to the haggling usually involved in purchasing a car but this was not the case with Chris. I went to the dealership looking for one car and ended up buying two. I was able to get the amount I wanted for my trade-in that my wife and I were looking for and were able to work out a deal to buy two new buying two. They treated us with great respect and made sure we had the payments around the budget we allotted. Not only were they able to meet our budget but were able to beat it by over $100 per month. We were excited because this allowed us to buy two vehicles instead of one. We advised them that we had two vehicles that were out of warranty and needed dependable vehicles for my wife and I, especially since we had a baby that had spent his first 10 days of his life in the NICU. They were sincere throughout the whole process and made sure they were able to meet and exceed all of our expectations so that we could afford to buy two new vehicles. The staff at CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa, AZ also spent the time to program all our phone books into the GPS system in the cars and show us how every feature in the car functioned. They did not rush us through the process and made us feel comfortable and sound about the decision to buy two vehicles. They offered us every discount available and and explored every option possible to make sure we had a win-win situation. In the end, my wife and I are extremely happy with the purchase of a 2012 Mazda 3 and 2013 Mazda CX5. I would highly recommend this dealership and the personnel we worked with to anyone. This is the best service we have ever had and easiest car buying experience we have ever had!!!! More

We told him we didn't want to play any haggling games, and we appreciated that he was very straightforward with us. After we got the car home, we noticed a flaw in the window tinting, as well as a scratch on the fender, which he said they would take care of for us. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and professional...would highly recommend them! More

A few years back I purchased a used Mazda in a hurry after my car was totaled, and the service I've been getting from Cardinale has been better than the service I've gotten at any previous car dealershi after my car was totaled, and the service I've been getting from Cardinale has been better than the service I've gotten at any previous car dealership. When I was ready to buy a new car, I went there first. I had researched the MSRP and the prices that people were actually paying, but when I went in they didn't have the trim that I planned on, but they cut me a deal and I got the next upgrade at about the price I planned on paying for the base model after all. Everybody was exceptionally friendly and helpful when I was there to buy a car, but they've been that way when I was just there to get my old beater repaired too, so that's the main reason I bought from them. More
