This was most likely the most pleasant experience we have had buying a car in the past 40 years. Our saleman, Matt Shelton was very friendly and informative. We recently experienced an issue with our CX-7 that required somewhat extensive work to repair the vehicle. The timing of the needed repairs in relation to events taking place in our personal lives was required somewhat extensive work to repair the vehicle. The timing of the needed repairs in relation to events taking place in our personal lives was extremely poor and caused a great deal of personal consternation. Nick was able to clearly explain what had happened with our vehicle and help me to gain the level of understanding that I needed to rationalize the repair process. I've worked with Nick on numerous occasions over the last several years and his professionalism is the key to my continued positive experience with the dealership. More

I have wasted a perfect three-day weekend shopping in the sun and I definitely wasn't enthusiastic about beginning to take on the monthly stabs of payments for an old, plain car I had to settle with because of my budget. However, my experience and the deal I got here was completely not what I expected! Daniel and Wayne were exceptionally understanding of my budget instead of the inconsideration (and sadly some first-time-buyer discrimination) I had experienced all weekend. I didn't think it was possible to feel completely satisfied with every dollar I'll put into my purchase without having to sacrifice some wants and preferences. But you know what? They made it happen here stress-free. More

It's a metallic black and has skyactiv technology. The gas mileage is great since I work very far from my home. He's very good at listening to my needs and helping me find the best deal. While car shopping this last weekend all around the valley, my husband and I stopped by this dealership via a friend's recommendation. After lots of research, test drives, dealer visits and phone call valley, my husband and I stopped by this dealership via a friend's recommendation. After lots of research, test drives, dealer visits and phone calls, we found our "dream car" in the Mazda CX-5 Touring and decided to return to Cardinale Way. Robert(Dizzy!) and Wayne were both informative, pleasant, forthcoming and laid back from the first test drive to the last signature. Car shopping is never an entirely fun experience, especially in 112 degrees (gotta love AZ in the summer) but despite the necessary unpleasantness, we actually had a good time learning about the car, getting to know the guys and negotiating the final deal. We ended up with a price and terms that we were very comfortable accepting and though it did take some work, we drove away completely happy with our choice and with the experience as a whole. We had to wait quite awhile to get into Financing to finalize the sale, because it was late and there was only one rep on duty (it was an unusually busy Sunday evening)...when Wayne found out how long we'd been waiting, he quickly apologized, explained the situation and offered us a free tank of gas and a car wash next time we come in. Dizzy also offered us free floor mats as a "thank you" for doing business with them and took our car and filled it up himself while we waited. Coming from a quality assurance agent for a large sales department, I know a thing or two about world-class customer service, ethical sales tactics and overall people skills. Let me tell you, these guys have the whole package. Very impressive. Thanks to Cardinale Way and especially to Robert and Wayne for working hard to get us into exactly what we wanted and then some! We LOVE our new CX-5 Touring and are looking forward to many years of happy driving, as well as awesome service from your dealership! Dan was very friendly in making sure we were always taken care of, throughout the entire process, continued to check on us, even while waiting for finance. We had our 9 year old son and he was playing on ou care of, throughout the entire process, continued to check on us, even while waiting for finance. We had our 9 year old son and he was playing on our cell phones, when the batteries died he even got us a charger to make sure our son had something to do.
