I had been looking for a crossover/suv for a few weeks. I had spent a very long and hot weekend test driving the CR-v, Rav 4 and Rogue. I wanted to try the new CX-5 and there was a Mazda dealership down t I had spent a very long and hot weekend test driving the CR-v, Rav 4 and Rogue. I wanted to try the new CX-5 and there was a Mazda dealership down the street from my work. I decided to go there. It was Cardinale Way. WOW was I ever glad that I did. I let Dominic and Jake know that I was coming. I thought it was awesome that they worked as a team. I knew one of them would be there. I told them exactly what I was looking for. I hadn't had a car payment for 6 years and I dont trade in my cars. I didnt want anything fancy but I wanted exactly what I wanted because I keep my cars. When I got to the dealership with my daughter, the car was sitting out front cooling down waiting for us to test drive it. We fell in love with the car right away. My kids are 15 and 17 so I didnt want a minivan looking vehicle. I wanted something fun and sporty. The CX5's are going quick right now so they had the car that I wanted but I didnt care for the color blue. I told them I would wait until they got the car in silver and I would come back. They found the car at another dealership for me. Dominic went to pick it up the next morning. They gave me a decent deal on my trade and saved me the hassle of selling it myself. I got the payment that I wanted, the financing I wanted and most importantly THE EXACT CAR THAT I WANTED. Wayne was amazing and helpful. Fran did my paperwork and it went very smoothly. The whole Cardinale team spent time with me to make sure I was happy with everything when I left the lot. I have no regrets at all about my buying decision and I would highly recommend this Mazda dealership. I have never owned anything but a Nissan and I have been driving for many years. My wife took my Mazda 6 in for an oil change and tire rotation.Car is a 2012 and this was the first oil change.Part of the purchase agreement was 4 FREE oil changes. I took my 2011 Mazda 3 in for it's 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation and I had the pleasure as always to work with Nick. Our experience with Nick Santarsiero at Cardinale Way was very pleasant. We live in Sedona, Arizona and we were in the Phoenix area and we had not set up an appointment to have our 5,000 mile check-up but w very pleasant. They serviced our car very quickly including a car wash in an hour. They have a great waiting area, it is very clean and comfortable with a large screen TV and lots of vending machines, so our waiting was not tedious. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Oh, and the price for servicing our car was so reasonable that we know we will continue to drive to Phoenix to get it serviced with them.
