Outstanding! Nick is a First Class Service Advisor. He is friendly, courteous, knowledgable. I drive 45 minutes from North Scottsdale for this guy to take care of my Yukon XL. I went to Mazda back in April and purchased a 2006 Volkswagen Passat, I purchased the vehicle because I was in need of a vehicle. After I left the dealership the check engine light came on and my ligh Volkswagen Passat, I purchased the vehicle because I was in need of a vehicle. After I left the dealership the check engine light came on and my lights inside the vehicle stopped working. The a/c was not blowing cold air and my windows were not rolling up & down properly. I was not satisfied with the purchase, especially after I found the vehicle I purchased was only worth $8200, I was really disappointed. On July 12, I received a call from a Mazda sales associate who wanted to follow up on my purchased & I explained to him the issues I had with the vehicle & how upset I was at the entire situation. JC asked if I wanted to come in & look at other vehicles in possibly another vehicle. I went in on July 14, to look at other vehicles. After tons of negotiation I finally was able to get the car of my dreams, I purchased a 2012 Mazda 6 that I am in love with. Not only am I satisfied with the great customer service service (& friendly service), but with my brand new car & not to mention my APR dropped tremendously. Thank you Mazda!!!! We have a Mazda CX9. We have the oil changed at this location. We have worked with Nick when it comes to repairs for this car. Nick has always gone beyond great customer service. Everyone is cordial and not pushy - a definite plus when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. We've had Mazdas in our family for the past 28 years - and plan on keeping with this tradition. I think a Mazda5 will be in our future to replace the aging Chevy Tahoe. More

Nick has always been the perfect person to discuss my car's needs. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I have grown to trust his judgement, his recommendations are exactly what is needed at the time that he recommends them. I've never thought that he was attempting to "sell me a service" that my car did not need. He has worked with me, and my schedule to make things easy. His friendliness, is a welcome change from the indifference I've encountered at other dealerships in the past. I feel like he is a friend. That his recommendations are what he thinks are truly best for the reliability and safety of my car. When something arises, he's quick to point it out, offering me his suggestions as to the severity, and need for the repair or replacement. He's willing to do more than, is probably his charge. An upcoming repair will require dealing with the insurance company, and he has offered to handle it all. The price for service, is very competitive. Especially, with the free oil change policy, I will continue to use Cardinale Way Mazda for my service needs. Between the care and consideration that Nick offers, and the excellent service that the service department provides, I see no reason to look elsewhere. More
We came in looking for a used car and had visited around 5 dealerships before coming in to cardinale. He made us feel really comfortable and he really went the xtra mile to get us the best deal possible. Thank You Dan.
