Chris personally called me soon after receiving an online interest inquiry from me. He promptly told me that he had a car I might be interested in at a great price. I had to work until 8 PM that night, AND it was the night before Thanksgiving. Even so, he had the car ready for me to test drive and stayed until 11 PM so that I could drive home with my new car in time for the holiday. Every time I go in to the dealership and see him, he greets me personally and asks about the car and how I like it. I love it. I sent my parents to Cardinale Way to by their new Mazda3 and they too were very happy with the straight forward and friendly attitude of the dealership and their employees. More

My girlfriend and I had visited several dealerships not finding what we needed or wanted and not within the payments we were looking for. When we arrived at Mazda, Dan Priedigkeit met us and said he wanted to show us the new Mazda 3. We hadn't even considered this vehicle to this point. This was my first time buying a car and didn't really know what to expect. Dan brought the car around and as soon as I climbed in I was sold. The car is amazing; smooth ride, roomy and easy on gas. It's sporty and affordbale. Dan and John took us inside and not only got us a great finance company to work with including lots of first time buyer incentives, but also got us out of there in record time. I had a meeting at 4 and we started the paperwork at 2:30. We were out of there just in time for me to make it! The car is awesome, and I couldn't have asked for a better, more comfortable experience. I would recommend these guys above anyone else in the state! More
WOW! This was by far the friendliest and quickest car deal my wife and I have ever experienced. We were met by Dan Priedigkeit who had a smile on his face and it never left his face. We had not brought our trade-in to the dealership, fearing the usual 5 hr. tussle which typically happens as they try to arm wrestle you into a purchase. Much to our surprise there was no "tussle". We test drove the car that we were interested in without a hassle even though we explained to Dan the price of the car was probably above our budget. After the test drive we provided basic information about us and our potential trade-in! Dan took the information to the decision maker and less than 5 min. later we had a deal and they had not even seen our trade-in. We were then turned over to Todd Douthie in finance, equally friendly, and he was able to get us the lowest interest rate for a car loan that I had ever heard of. The deal took less than 2 hours, including the test drive, and we had a new car. We headed out for lunch and brought the trade-in to Dan later that afternoon! This dealership actually made car buying a "fun" thing! Imagine that! More

I always receive a call from Nick telling me when my car is ready so I don't have to call and ask. Brandon is assigned to perform the work on my car each time I bring it in which allows for a familiarity with my vehicle from one appointment to the next. Brandon knows my car and keeps track of any issues that have been documented from previous inspections/service. Cardinale Way Mazda is a pleasure to do business with. There is a level of TRUST that I feel knowing my vehicle will be in capable hands and I will be treated with respect and fairness. After you made your service appointment, you received an e-mail reminder of your appointment (48 hours in advance), I was greeted kindly on the day of my service appointment, they kept their appointment times and service wsa completed in a timely manner. My salesman, Brian Soncrant even spent some time talking with me while I waited for my car to be serviced. More
