WOW! This was by far the friendliest and quickest car deal my wife and I have ever experienced. We were met by Dan Priedigkeit who had a smile on his face and it never left his face. We had not brought our trade-in to the dealership, fearing the usual 5 hr. tussle which typically happens as they try to arm wrestle you into a purchase. Much to our surprise there was no "tussle". We test drove the car that we were interested in without a hassle even though we explained to Dan the price of the car was probably above our budget. After the test drive we provided basic information about us and our potential trade-in! Dan took the information to the decision maker and less than 5 min. later we had a deal and they had not even seen our trade-in. We were then turned over to Todd Douthie in finance, equally friendly, and he was able to get us the lowest interest rate for a car loan that I had ever heard of. The deal took less than 2 hours, including the test drive, and we had a new car. We headed out for lunch and brought the trade-in to Dan later that afternoon! This dealership actually made car buying a "fun" thing! Imagine that! More

Brandon knows my car and keeps track of any issues that have been documented from previous inspections/service. Cardinale Way Mazda is a pleasure to do business with. After you made your service appointment, you received an e-mail reminder of your appointment (48 hours in advance), I was greeted kindly on the day of my service appointment, they kept their appointment times and service wsa completed in a timely manner. My salesman, Brian Soncrant even spent some time talking with me while I waited for my car to be serviced. More

Every time I've gone in they tell me there is some new expensive problem with my car. I've only had my car for 18 months and I've taken amazing care of it and every time I express an issue I am having the expensive problem with my car. I will never buy another vehicle from them and I suggest no one else does either the run around they have given me is not worth the vehicle that I purchased.
