The wife and I were in the market for a new car and I had done quite a bit of researching on the internet. After reading about the new CX5, I felt that it just might be the perfect fit for our needs. I sho done quite a bit of researching on the internet. After reading about the new CX5, I felt that it just might be the perfect fit for our needs. I shot off a quote request to CardinaleWay in Mesa, as they are just a mile down the road from our home. Brandon called within 15 minutes, but I missed his call. He left me a message and I contacted him the next day and agreed to meet him after work on Thursday. I walked into the dealership and hooked up with Brandon and we discussed the CX5, went for a test drive, discussed pricing, trade in value for my 2007 HHR, etc. Then I let Brandon know that I would be back on Saturday with my wife and we would go from there. Brandon said that would be great and went to retrieve the keys to my HHR as they had looked it over to give me a trade in offer. When he came back with my keys, he said that he would like for me to take the CX5 home with me tonight and bring it back the next day before close of business. I was astounded that they would do such a thing! All I had to do was sign a "Borrowed Vehicle" form and I was driving down the road in a brand new CX5. Got home and took the wife for a ride and she was pleased with the ride and quietness of this vehicle, but it was bigger than she really wanted. Drove it to work the next morning and then back home after work. Took it back to Brandon a half hour before close. Told him what the wife had said and that I wanted to drive a 3 with standard trans. I was in love after the test drive! Brandon, Wayne and I pushed the numbers around for awhile and I went home with that 3 that night. Everyone was wonderful and stayed late to complete the purchase process. Shana is a doll and very personable and informative, she is the Finance Manager that did all the paperwork and I felt very much at ease with her. This dealership and all the people I met there is unlike any other dealership I've ever dealt with. I have been a GM man all my life and my experience with this dealership has been so great that I will be bragging about them to all my friends and family. I highly recommend CardinaleWay Mazda in Mesa for your next vehicle purchase. After buying the Mazda 3 on Friday Night, the wife and I went back on Sunday and purchased a Mazda 6 for her. I'll let her give her own review on that experience! More

I went in for an oil change. Steve was very knowledgable when I asked about changing to synthetic oil. My brakes needed replaced and Steve helped me get a good price and also had them done in a timely manne when I asked about changing to synthetic oil. I've never had such a positive experience buying a car from a dealership! I was amazed at the low pressure and extremely laid back but still professional approach that all the employees at Cardinale Way t from a dealership! By the time that we were done, I honestly felt like we were among friends. My husband and I were TRULY shopping for a car and had finally narrowed it down to a Mazda or Toyota of the same class. Through the help of the staff at Cardinale Way, we realized that their car was the best choice for us. They went out of their way to explain answers to questions that we had and to show us all the things about our prospective vehicle that would make a difference to a family with young children and picky parents. One example would be the "Magic Windows" that roll down from outside the car with just the touch of a button that Wayne De Leo enchanted my daughters with. We compared prices through other dealerships in the Valley and, though the Mazda at Cardinale Way ended up being just a little more expensive, the rapport that Dan Priedigkeit and John Richardson worked to build with us went a long way in making the decision of where we wanted to purchase our new vehicle. Each question and need was met with friendly explanation and and service, culminating with Chris Hansen graciously sharing his unopened lunch of yogurt and berries with me when our contract signing took longer than expected and my blood sugar dropped too low for comfort. Customer service like that is hard to find anymore. Other dealerships could definitely learn a few things from the Cardinale Way Mazda Team. These gentlemen and this dealership have been and will continue to be highly recommended in the future by our family. More
