I needed to get a part for my Mazda. I didn't know exactly what I should get or if there was other hardware involved. The Parts rep recommended I talk to Steve and see if they could take a quick look exactly what I should get or if there was other hardware involved. His team came back with the exact parts I needed to get with the pricing too. He didn't push me to do it immediately. That was nice as I wanted to talk with my wife first.
