He did not try to pressure us into anything more expensive or into our purchase. He respected our budget, what we needed for our family, and what we wanted. He found us a beautiful Mountaineer in our price range that fits us all and we LOVE it. Todd also went the extra mile, got us a lower percentage rate in the end and got us a loan in our own name, which we thought would not be a possibility at the present time. Mr. Hansen cheerfully picked me up, in the vehicle, and presented a CarFax without being asked. After test driving and arrival at Cardinale Mazda was introduced to managers and other staff. All were pleasant, not pushy, no pressure...just friendly and knowledgeable. Sat with Finance Manager, Mr. Duthie, who was friendly and very professional. Got presented with various finance options and discussed an extended warranty. All of which was low pressure at about the level of a discussion two friends might have over coffee or something.
