Brian McFadden was a fun salesman with whom to work. I am not sure I was one of his easiest sales - in fact, I think I may have been a difficult person to please. I found him to be knowledgeable of Mazdas and many cars and helped with comparing my choices. He was very willing to have me experiment with many models and ensured I felt comfortable with my pricing. In fact, he may have been heading home when I entered the dealership yesterday and we ended up working out our deal until 10pm. All told he must have spent over 6 hours with me over a few days. I was not even sure I would ever buy a mazda to begin with, having only ever purchased Ford vehicles. He believes in the product and you can tell by his enthusiasm. The final price was reasonable and within my specifications. Others with whom I worked were always friendly and helpful. I would recommend Brian McFadden as a salesman and I can say I even enjoyed the experience of making the deal work for both sides. More

This Salesman was Rude, didnt answer any of my questions but demanded answers out of me. To me i got suckered into the car that now makes me unhappy. I orignally came in to get a recall on my previous car, my service guy was coming out to get my information on my car an my recall letter, Ramone stepped infront of the Service guy and took the show. the first thing he did wrong is he wouldnt even let me out of my car until persisting me on getting out of my car for a new one, seconded when i was getting my stuff out of my car he started grabbing and getting into my personal items, when i told him to back off he started hitting on me being inappropriate, he first showed me a CX7 that was ok but told me i couldnt afford it and didnt even run numbers then he did the same thing on a Mazda 3 hatch. I never gave the salesman the range of what i can and cant afford. so for him to say i cant afford something was very rude. His attitude about the whole sale was just getting his sales up. A salesman is supposed to make the friendship so the customers would come back then worry about the sales. But no he was all about getting his numbers up. then once the purchase of the new car was made i was so annoyed and angry at how i was treated another sales man came out to appologize for Ramones behavior toward me. He even let us use one of their dealership's new Mazda 3 5-dr hatchbacks over the weekend until ours came in from out of state. We were thrilled when we saw that it had everything we asked for and even more, $1000 worth of extras came with the car at no extra charge to us. Donny and Diz worked together to keep us satisfied throughout the buying process. Mama Joann was a pleasure to work with also. When I Emailed Gary to set up an appointment to get my car in for a Mazda recall, he called me back within 15 minutes and set up my appt right away! My mom and I both purchased new cars on the same day. I got a beautiful blue cx7 and mama a ruby red cx9. We are both thrilled with our new babies! My wife and I pulled off the US 60 with an overheating 94 Miata around 6 pm one night and discovered CardinaleWay Mazda. Nobody was around until Robert Dziezynski showed up and helped us out with a radiator cap. We looked around and decided to buy an '05 Jaguar S-Type. Robert had it detailed immaculately. The Miata was repaired the next day at no charge! We have remained in touch since, and will reccommend CardinaleWay to anyone we know looking for a car, and will also purchase our next car there. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership has been extremely helpful and friendly. Robert also sent my wife Maria a birthday car and washed the Jag! Excellent! More
