I came to Cardinale Way Mazda this morning just to test drive the Mazda3 hatchback. I had no real intention of buying anything, but after test driving the 3 I was in love. Ramone Adami, my sales rep, was very knowledgeable about the 3's features and had an answer for all of my questions. You could tell he had a real passion for the cars and he never told me what he thought I wanted to hear. After taking the long way back to the dealership we sat down to run the numbers. Ramone and his sales manager, Donny Morier, worked the numbers every way possible trying to make my monthly payments in a range I was comfortable with, but unfortunately the Mazda 3 was a tad out of my reach and I was discouraged. Ramone and Donny were not about to let me go home disappointed. Together we started exploring other options. We looked into other models and Donny even suggested we looked into used Mazdas even though he is the sales manager for the new cars only. I could tell they weren't focused on making the sale, they were focused on my best interests. After a few more test drives and a lot more questions I decided on the Mazda2! It was small, but a hatch back and great gas mileage while still being stylish and sporty. I knew this was the car for me and they we determined to make sure I wasn't again disappointed. Donny really went to bat for me while working with the bank. He didn't have a lot to work with seeing that my trade in wasn't as strong as we had thought, but some how he worked some magic and got my approved! Because of Ramone and Donny patients and passion I drove off the lot today with a brand new Mazda2! I couldn't have done it without them! More
My wife went to the dealership alone to trade-in our vehicle for a newer used vehicle. Matthew was very kind and respectful towards my wife. Next, she dealt with Todd Duthie who was excellent. Todd did not try to dodge any questions and answered all of our questions fully and truthfully as possible. The experience was amazing with no type of deception you might get at other dealerships. I had visited another dealer and had a terrible experience and was still pretty upset when i came into cardinale way. I was met by scott saba who introduced me to donny mortier and al lanz. I explained to them my unsafe vehicle situation and my credit issues and they promised me no games, honesty and the best deal i could get. I was a little skeptical at first but after sitting there with all of them working numbers so diligently i felt relieved. Because of my credit situation we had to wait till monday for bank approval but they kept in contact with me throughout the weekend keeping me updated on progress even though there wasnt any. I recieved a call from scott within 5 minutes of store opening on monday telling me i could come pick up my new car!! I have bought many new cars in the past and have never had a dealer care so much about me, as a person, and work as hard as they did to make sure i got into a safe vehicle. They promised me three things and kept every one of them. I couldnt have asked for a better sales team and overall experience. Thank you guys for everything!!! More

Traded in a lease, got a great car with great service. Salesman worked with wife through whole process. She is happy with car, so I am happy. Trust me, I / we are not easy customers when it comes to a major purchase. I have told friends and family about the experience. By the way, during our shopping we checked other dealers in area and I am sharing the negative experience we had with them. While they may have had a car I was more interested in, their people skills were not those I want to deal with for years to come. I rate business by people, without people, you only have a building. Bad people equal bad building, you get the point. I will work with this salesman again regardless of where he is located. He closed the deal but only because he had good support I can only assume.
