Nick always remembers me & my family and asks about us. We feel treated like family, which is a good feeling for us. We enjoy his sense of humor too. He takes great care to get us in right away. We purchased a new Mazda CX9 after three weeks of looking for the right car at the right price. Ironically enough this was our first stop to look at vehicles and it ended up being where we bought our car. We for the right car at the right price. We went to almost every dealership looking and test driving small SUVS/Crossovers and always kept in touch with our sales person, Chris. It was very nice that we could text him if we had any questions since sometimes we were at work and needed to talk. He would check in on us every few days but wasn't pushy. We knew it was meant to be when I decided I wanted a white CX9 with certain options and the very next morning that identical vehicle I wanted was brought to the lot (straight from the factory!). Chris knew I was a bargain hunter and jumped to their lowest price, the price that if I found the vehicle somewhere else even a dollar cheaper he couldn't lower it any more. It was nice not to haggle back and forth. I had brought my parents to see the vehicle before purchasing and another sales man, Matt, was kind enough to show my parents the features even though he knew I was working with Chris. Gabe was also very polite to us every time we came in. I like that they can work in a team setting and not cut throat for someone’s business. I’m happy with my purchase and experience. More

To start off the car buying process I built a solid rapport with Nancy over the phone. She was awesome to say the least. She was attentive to my families needs in an automobile. However once the appointment was set, I was expecting to meet with Nancy. Much to my chagrin I would not be dealing with her anymore. However I was then encountered with Scott who was very energetic and a true professional. He along with Wayne made my experience with the test driving phase one of a kind. Then to put the cherry on top of my service sunday; entered Al into the equation. He made me feel like family. I am not certain he and the team make every customer feel the same way, but they did to my wife and I. I was kept in the loop into all decisions and felt like I was in control with my trade-in and complete auto buying process. Having 10 plus years in sales myself, I never once felt out of the loop.
