I have a 2004 RX8 that the engine died out a stoplight. I chose to bring the car to Cardinale Way due to a very bad experience at Berge Mazda. I explained to Steve Ross how Berge had tried fleecing me at every breath that came out of their mouth. My experience with Mazda and Mazda dealerships had up to this point been less pleasent than a root canal. But Steve Ross was a huge help, he didn't try to charge me with a diagnostic or some other fee's. He called a mechanic over and the both looked my car over(for free). The engine was bad and it was replaced by Mazda, the engine mounts were also bad but my extended warranty covered most of that. Sadly I will have to get rid of the RX8, I love the car. But the engine I was given only has a 12,000 mile warranty on it. I will put 12,000 miles on this car in seven months. I can't afford to buy a engine on this car. I don't think I will buy another Mazda vehicle after this. I cannot afford a car that costs me $1000 in maintenance in a one week span. And Berge Mazda trying to stick me for excessive labor costs. I do appreciate the friendly and helpful atmosphere from Cardinale Way, they were a great bunch of people that I wouldn't be worried about doing business with. More
I have been going to this dealership ever since we moved to Mesa. Although I did not buy my car here, I have been totally satisfied with the work performed and have always dealt with Nick in service. Nick is always friendly and has given me good advice. Today I took my car in for a repair and was talking to Phil in sales while my car was being repaired. Although I was only in the dealership for a repair I took the opportunity to see what Phil had to offer. Before the day was over I traded my 2008 in for a 2011. Phil listened to what I wanted and came back the first time with the car that had all the features I wanted including the correct color inside and outside. Also dealing with Tom was a good experience as he was very efficient including a phone call to where I previously purchased the 2008. My overall experience was very good and I will continue to do business with Cardinaleway. More
We knew we wanted a Mazda 3 hatchback. We inquired online and Daniel was quick to respond. I drove the car with Ramone and he knew EVERYTHING there was to know about it! I dreaded going car shopping for a new vehicle. We made a list of all the car types, and dealers that we would have liked to visit. After visiting Cardinale Way Mazda, we were impressed with the no pressure list of all the car types, and dealers that we would have liked to visit. After visiting Cardinale Way Mazda, we were impressed with the no pressure sales, the test drive of the CX-7, and the laid back way they use to sell their vehicles. Other dealerships basically pulled you out of the car, told you how many cars they sold that weekend, and tried to sell us something we didnt want, or that was not in our prices range. I returned to Cardinale Way Mazda a few days later, we struck a more than fair deal, signed the paperwork for financing the car, and were out of the dealership driving our new car home in LESS THAN 1 1/2 hours! No visits to the Managers office, or stall techniques, just a fair, honest way to sell us a car. Thank you Cadinale Way Mazda & Johnny! We will be back again, and tell others! More
I was very impressed with chris and the team. I've been too alot of different car dealerships and the enthusiasm chris had for the product and helping me get the car I want for the price I want was contagi too alot of different car dealerships and the enthusiasm chris had for the product and helping me get the car I want for the price I want was contagious I have never smiled this much in my life the whole staff was fun and inviting and knew when we had to get serious. This was the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. Mazda is on to something and I noticed. They were on top of everything from start to finish. In February, 2011, my daughter and son-in-law bought a new Mazda from Cardinale Way and I accompanied them for moral support I guess you could say. The salesperson, Ramone Adami, was extremely knowledgea new Mazda from Cardinale Way and I accompanied them for moral support I guess you could say. The salesperson, Ramone Adami, was extremely knowledgeable and honest, friendly and professional. The experience was extremely satisfying, questions answered, details worked out in our favor. In April, my car was totalled and I had to purchase another unexpectedly, I returned to Cardinale Way, this time with my daughter and son in law with me for moral support :) and the experience was equally satisfying. My credit was less than perfect, and everyone worked to make the deal happen and it did. Again, Ramone was our salesperson. He was professional and curteous and honest, and he will be my go to guy for all auto needs in the future as long as he is in the business. I definitely recommend Ramone Adami and Cardinale Way to anyone who is looking to buy. My 2010 Mazda CX7 is absolutely perfect - no problems whatsoever so far. Mazda is a great deal for the money. Both my sales person, Bob Dziezynski and my finance director, Gabe Gracia were fabulous! I found the no nonsense and honest approach so refreshing.
