Before I purchased my 2011 Mazdaspeed 3, I researched the car to its every spec along with pricing for the tech package. I thought that this purchase was going to be the same as any other dealership with th car to its every spec along with pricing for the tech package. I thought that this purchase was going to be the same as any other dealership with the constant haggling over prices and the EXTREMELY pushy salesmen. Cardinale Way Mazda proved me wrong! I found the exact car I was looking for (black speed3 with Tech Package and window tint installed) and the internet sales manager quoted me the lowest price I had heard yet for an out the door price! Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted by friendly staff who were very laid back, patient, and knowledgeable. They were the most proffesional salesmen I had met in the 3 days that I had been car shopping. The total time it took, from pulling into the dealership until I left with a new car was about 2 hours. If I had one complaint about Cardinale Way, it would be the financial people who finalize the paperwork for you. They push really hard to sell an extended warranty on the vehicle and claim that you "absolutely have to have it!" The reviews on Mazda vehicles in general are impressive to say the least so it comes off a bit disconcerting that they would push this extended warranty so hard. My overall experience with Cardinale Way Mazda was Great! I would reccomend my family, friends, and coworkers with no hesitation! More
With car salesmen and dealers in the family, I have HATED the thought of setting foot on a dealership lot. That changed when I came down here and talked to Nick and Wayne. Nick said they would treat me like family, and, from meeting Wayne to finalizing the deals with Joeanne, that's exactly what it was like - only better! Wayne talked with me and LISTENED to what I was saying - then showed me exactly what I was looking for. He walked me through the entire process, making me feel comfortable and confident. Wayne is Customer Service personified. And Nick! Nick made sure everything was perfect with the vehicle before it left the lot and made sure I was comfortable with the future as well. He too listened to what my concerns were and dealt with them quickly, professionally, and personably! Joeanne is . . . amazing. Again, she listened and worked WITH me from start to finish to make buying my car - an AMAZING new Mazda3 by the way! - an incredible and encouraging process that was done quickly and efficiently. I recently had to trade in my 2010 Mazdaspeed3. Major sad face, I know. However, these folks at Cardinale Way Mazda understood why. With the economy down and with the loss of my job back in January, I just couldn't afford to keep it. With extremely little hassle at all Chris helped me navigate a payment within my prince range and put me into a brand new sharp white Mazda3. Does it have the kick that I love? No, but it feels good to know these guys had my back. I'm driving a great car, in a color I love, with a great payment and interest rate, all thanks to these guys. My wife loves my new car and is already dreaming of owning her own. I know where we will be going when we decide to take her car shopping. Thanks again Chris. More
I walked into this dealership literally a couple hours after my car completely died. Prior to even arriving at the dealership, Wayne DeLeo, and several other employees were extremely helpful in assisting and offering great advice over the phone. Without their time and effort, I most likely wouldn't have even considered stopping by to meet the sales dealer (Wayne). Once there, I felt extremely optimistic and relieved when Wayne and Brian (the sales manager) starting evaluating all my options. With their help, they made the whole financial process very easy and possible. I was even surprised with the great customer service Wayne provided. He drove about 15 minutes to pick me up and allowed me to consider all my buying options. Who would have thought that I could go from having absolutely no car one day to driving an incredibly newer and nicer one the next?! Thank you guys. ~Jaimie~ More

Not only was our sales associate, Ramone, great to work with, but the financing department was great as well! It was a real pleasure dealing with this dealership. I had spent several days checking out several different vehicles and dealerships prior to settling in at Cardinal Way Mazda. The two major reasons I decided to purchase a CX-9 from them was I absolute vehicles and dealerships prior to settling in at Cardinal Way Mazda. The two major reasons I decided to purchase a CX-9 from them was I absolutely love everything about the CX-9, and all of its options and capabilities fit perfect to what I needed and was looking for. Dan, the sales person who came out to greet me and to show me the vehicle etc. is the epitome (times 10) of what a customer (in my opinion) hopes to find, and to be lucky enough to deal with. His presentation of himself, and the vehicle was as good, and as pleasant of an experience as one could hope for. I was incredibly impressed and pleased with the experience. Gabe, the person who works all the numbers was equally impressive to me, he was very professional and pleasant, he made us feel very comfortable in the fact that he was going to do the best he can for us so everyone leaves happy, and one cannot ask, or hope for more than that. However, as sometimes can happen, we had a major glitch in the middle of the process. It was taking a little time working on the numbers, “so we all could be happy,” (we traded in two vehicles) The first CX-9 that we were looking at was sold to someone else before we could commit to it. A number one requirement for us to purchase this vehicle is its towing capabilities of 3500 lbs, which of course we talked about several times during the initial driving and checking out this first vehicle. They had another one that was almost the same, could not tell much difference looking at it but it had a few less options and did not cost quite as much money. It also was a very nice vehicle. Dan pointed out some of the minor differences between the two. This is where some major confusion happened between the two vehicles. The short version of it all is I thought that this vehicle also had a tow prep included which is required to pull 3500 lbs. as the first vehicle did and bought it with that in mind. It took a few days at home before I realized we had no tow prep package. Of course this was a big trauma for us. Needles to say I started having conversation with Dan about what happened and with Gabe. They were committed to do whatever it takes to fix it and do whatever they could to make it right for us. We were willing to add the package to the vehicle but unfortunately it is not possible to do that. The fix they were able to do for us was they bought back the first vehicle for what we paid, and we started over on a second one which has the tow package. This was a big deal for them to do this, as mentioned we traded in two vehicles, we now have only the one and by the time we could get all this done there was 1100 miles it. It was a huge trauma for us, and it was a huge commitment from them to fix it for us the way they did. We could not be more happy or thankful to them for it. We regularly travel back and forth from Arizona to Washington utilizing our cargo trailer, of course trading in our pick-up the Mazda now will be pulling the trailer. In closing I also want to take a second to pass on how much I appreciated, and am thankful for Dan’s and especially Gabe’s professionalism and calmness throughout the “fix” process. More

Robert didn't pressure me at all and just told me they had some great deals and I should at least come check it out, so I did. Robert greeted me at the door and took me around and had me pick the car that caught my eye. The first car I looked at was actually the car I ended up buying later that day. Robert was so personable and made me feel totally comfortable in the dealership. Gabe was also really great to work with. Gabe worked with Robert who worked with me to get me into something that I knew I could afford. Overall I was 100% pleased with my service. Thanks Robert and Gabe! More
