This is a dealership that will not be beaten. Working with Matt Shelton was a no pressure experience. I went looking for a sporty car and had been looking at the Mazda 3. Upon my arrival Matt assisted in with Matt Shelton was a no pressure experience. I went looking for a sporty car and had been looking at the Mazda 3. Upon my arrival Matt assisted in showing me new and used vehicles that fit my needs. When I found a new Mazda speed 3 Matt assisted in telling me the in's and out's of the car. As I test drove the car it fit my needs however it did not have the package that I wanted. Matt did not attempt to pressure me to buy this car instead he explained that he would find what I was looking for (color and package). Over the next week Matt stayed in contact via email (as I had requested him to do) and informed me that he had found the car I wanted. During the time my bank's dealer had contacted me informing that they had the same car. Being that the bank had an incentive pricing program I contacted Matt to see if he could adjust the price. Not only did Matt match the price his sales manager Gabe beat it. When I arrived to purchase the car Matt informed me that we could also look at different finance options other than my pre-approval from my bank. When I spoke with the finance manager he was able to get me a better intrest rate. Needles to say I got the car I wanted, a better intrest rate and personal attention. CardinaleWay Mazda is the best overall car buying experience that have had in the past 10 years! Matt Shelton was by far the best consultant that I have worked with. He just simply let me know every feature each one had and allowed me to test drive one. He treated me like another person and not just another possible sale. Once I decided the Mazda 3 was my car of choice, Robert worked with me on getting the price down to something manageable for my family and me. From beginning to end this was a wonderful experience. I was shocked at how friendly and low key they were. They were precise and helpful and they didn't PUSH. It didn't feel like car shopping at all. My experience was so good that I willl be recommmending my friends and family to this dealership. Todd in Finance was kind and helpful also. I have to say that I have never experienced such an easy transaction for a car in all of my fifty two years thirty of which are driving years. I was treated so well and I left feeling like I would never want to go anywhere else to buy a car. Thank you for having the best employees ever. I also don't want to forget to say that the Mazda is a little jewel and I am so excited to surprise my daughter with this car. It has everything I could have wanted at a great price. I brought my van in for maintenance service and dealt with Nick. I have been in before but I'm sure the dealership has tons of customers. So, I pull up and Nick just happens to be stepping out and welcom with Nick. I have been in before but I'm sure the dealership has tons of customers. So, I pull up and Nick just happens to be stepping out and welcomes me by name. I laughed and asked if his memory was that good or am I the only one that still has an MPV. He laughs and assures me he remembers me and knows that I have been in other times for service. When I moved her five years ago I was sad to leave the service manager at our old dealership. He was always so personable. It is nice that I have found it again here in AZ. Nick listened to my concerns and the fact that I was leaving on a very long trip with just two kids and a dog and myself. He understood my concerns and reasons for wanting to make sure the van was in good working order. In fact, he even had a mechanic to ride with me to listen for the sound that the car was making. Brought my CX-7 in for 15k maintenance and was blown away by the service team's customer service. The car is driving like brand new, and even though I came in thinking the brakes might need extra work, they by the service team's customer service.
